Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, offering multiple openings across Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, and Formulation & Development (F&D;). Team members in Engineering, Projects, and Maintenance will support plant operations, oversee machinery and equipment, coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance, and contribute to facility upgrades and process improvements.

Professionals in Purchase and Stores will manage vendor relationships, source materials, handle procurement activities, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely availability of critical inputs. F&D; personnel will assist in formulation design, process optimization, documentation, and coordination with production and quality teams.



All roles involve close collaboration with cross-functional departments, adherence to regulatory and safety standards, accurate documentation, and contribution to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Relevant technical or scientific qualification (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field) from a recognized institution.
- Experience in pharmaceutical plant operations, projects, or maintenance, with knowledge of GMP, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Exposure to formulation development, process optimization, or R&D; activities in the pharma sector (for F&D; positions).
- Skills in procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and store operations within a manufacturing or pharma environment (for Purchase/Stores positions).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and familiarity with standard MS Office tools and basic documentation practices.
- Prior experience in WHO/GMP-compliant facilities will be an added advantage.
