GK Gurukul is hiring an experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Psychology to join our academic team.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Psychology educator who can create an engaging learning environment and help students develop a strong understanding of psychological concepts.

Role: PGT – PsychologyLocation: Pimple Saudagar, PCMC, Pune

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Experience: 3+ years in a school or college

Education: MA in Psychology / MSc in Psychology

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons aligned with the academic curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, classroom activities, assessments and learning resources.
- Help students understand psychological concepts through practical examples and discussions.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.




- Collaborate with fellow educators and the academic team to support student development.
- Participate in academic activities, meetings and school events as required.

Candidate Profile
- MA in Psychology or MSc in Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school or college.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about teaching and student development.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in or around Pimple Saudagar / PCMC will be preferred.
