Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and qualified teachers to join our academic team for the subjects of History, Social Science (SST) with strong Political Science knowledge, and Accountancy.

The ideal candidates should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to effectively prepare students for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective classroom teaching according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding and analytical skills.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and revision classes.
- Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain proper academic records and student performance reports.
- Support students in preparation for school/board examinations.
- Identify students' academic difficulties and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic meetings, workshops, and school activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure effective academic planning and delivery.

Subject-Specific RequirementsHistory
- Strong knowledge of Indian and World History.
- Ability to explain historical events, chronology, causes, consequences,



and historical perspectives clearly.
- Good command over board-level History syllabus and examination patterns.

Social Science (SST) – Political Science Knowledge Required
- Strong knowledge of Social Science, particularly Political Science/Civics.
- Valuable understanding of Indian Constitution, political institutions, democracy, governance, rights and duties, and contemporary political concepts.
- Ability to teach History, Civics/Political Science and other relevant components of the SST curriculum.
- Strong analytical and explanation skills.

Accountancy
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Accountancy.
- Ability to teach fundamental accounting principles, journal entries, ledger, trial balance, financial statements, partnership accounts, company accounts, and other relevant topics as per the applicable curriculum.
- Ability to guide students in numerical problem-solving and examination-oriented preparation.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria All the following criteria are compulsory:

- Master's Degree in the relevant subject – Mandatory
- B.Ed. – Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience – Mandatory
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom teaching ability.
- Candidates must have relevant teaching experience in a recognized school/institution.

Educational Qualification For History: Master's Degree in History + B.Ed. + minimum 2 years' teaching experience.

For Social Science / SST:

Master's Degree in a relevant Social Science subject, preferably Political Science/History + B.Ed. + minimum 2 years' teaching experience. Strong Political Science knowledge is essential.

For Accountancy:

Master's Degree in Commerce/Accountancy or relevant field + B.Ed. + minimum 2 years' teaching experience.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience is required.

Candidates with experience teaching ICSE/ISC, CBSE, or other recognized board curricula will be preferred.

Salary

Salary: ₹[Mention Salary Range] per month

Salary will be based on qualification, teaching experience, subject expertise, and interview performance.
