Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with both grownup students and younger children. The professional will design and deliver online sessions focused on phonics, pronunciation, articulation, voice modulation, and public speaking confidence, tailored to different age groups and learning levels. Daily responsibilities include planning engaging lesson content, conducting live interactive classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development.

The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching materials, maintaining clear communication with learners and guardians,



and using digital tools to manage schedules and student records. Professionals are expected to uphold inclusive teaching practices and create a supportive, encouraging online learning environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in phonics instruction, pronunciation training, and spoken English clarity.
- Candidates should possess skills in public speaking coaching, presentation skills, and confidence-building for diverse age groups.
- Candidates should possess lesson planning, classroom management in virtual settings, and learner assessment skills.
- Candidates should possess online teaching and e-learning platform skills, including basic tech troubleshooting and digital resource creation.
