About the Role

Are you quick on your feet, highly tech-savvy, and resourceful? We are looking for a sharp, energetic Junior Operations & Project Coordinator to work directly with the owner on a multi-year residential building construction project.

You do not need years of construction experience—what matters most is a street-smart attitude, tech proficiency, and strong organizational skills. You will initially oversee personal relocation logistics (temporary housing, packers, warehousing) before transitioning into assisting with in office contractor coordination, material tracking, and administrative duties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Relocation & Logistics: Research, evaluate, and manage local temporary housing options, professional packers and movers, and secure warehousing for household items using online apps, portals, and digital tools.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Contact local suppliers, request quotes, track material deliveries, and manage vendor contact logs for site operations.
- On-Site Supervision Support: Perform daily site visits, assist in liaising between civil, electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams, and keep daily progress logs.




- Digital Documentation: Maintain digital tracking for expenses, invoices, permits, schedules, and site progress photos using Google Workspace or MS Excel.
- General Assistance: Handle priority errands, local travel tasks, and daily operational follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For:

- Street-Smart & Tech-Savvy: Exceptionally comfortable using smartphone apps, web research, Google Maps, MS Office (Excel/Word), and email to solve problems quickly.
- Communication: Strong spoken and written English and Tamil to interact confidently with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Proactive & Reliable: Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and ready for hands-on, ground-level execution.

Key Qualifications:

- Any Degree / Freshers are encouraged to apply (Diplomas or Degrees in Civil Engineering, Management, or Operations are a plus).
- Must reside in or near Gopalapuram, Chennai (within ~30 minutes travel time).
