- Role Description: -

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Marketing Head with prior experience in NBFC, Fintech, Lending, DSA, Loan Aggregator, or Financial Services. The candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling the company's digital marketing activities with a primary focus on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and Customer Acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing personal loans or other financial products and should understand the complete digital acquisition funnel from generating leads to lead qualification, application, approval, and disbursement

.

This is a full-time leadership role requiring someone who can independently manage campaigns, budgets, marketing channels, agencies/teams, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Google Ads Management

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for loan/financial products.

Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and other relevant Google campaigns.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, CAC, and ROI.

Continuously test ad copies, keywords, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.

Manage and optimize Google Ads budgets based on campaign performance.





Track conversions accurately through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM, and other tracking systems.

- Facebook / Meta Ads

Manage end-to-end Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Create strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

Develop and test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and campaign structures.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for qualified leads and conversions.

Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.

Analyze metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS.

Scale successful campaigns while maintaining lead quality and acquisition costs.

Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

- WhatsApp Marketing

Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

Build WhatsApp communication strategies for recent and existing leads.

Create automated and personalized WhatsApp communication journeys.

Develop follow-up campaigns to improve lead-to-customer conversion.

Work with the sales team to improve lead follow-up and conversion through WhatsApp.

Track WhatsApp campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions.

Ensure WhatsApp communication follows applicable platform and marketing guidelines.

- Email Marketing

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for prospects and existing customers.

Create lead nurturing and follow-up email sequences.

Develop promotional, educational, and customer-engagement campaigns.

Segment databases based on customer behavior, lead stage, product interest, and other relevant parameters.

Monitor open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates, and overall campaign performance.

Continuously test subject lines, content, offers, and campaign timing.

- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

Develop strategies to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads.

Manage the complete digital marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion.

Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve conversion rates.
