Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, national campaigns, and product branding. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon, Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads and should be able to drive online sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage national/pan-India marketing campaigns.
- Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Develop marketing strategies for product branding and product launches.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads.
- Manage and improve Shopify e-commerce operations.
- Handle product listings, offers,



promotions, and online sales campaigns.
- Develop strategies to increase Amazon, Shopify, and website sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, sales, leads, conversions, and ROAS.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure good ROI.
- Work with the creative and content teams to develop effective advertisements.
- Study competitors, market trends, and customer behaviour.
- Prepare regular campaign and sales performance reports.
- Identify new opportunities to increase online sales and customer acquisition.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing/E-commerce.
- Experience handling national campaigns.
- Experience in product branding and marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads.
- Good experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of online sales and customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in scaling a product/brand across India will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience in wellness, healthcare, nutraceuticals, FMCG, consumer products, beauty, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
