Job Summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube, with a focus on generating quality leads and improving conversions for healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Generate qualified leads for hospitals, clinics, health camps, consultations, and wellness services.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Develop audience targeting, remarketing, and location-based marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and CRM reports.
- Coordinate with design, content, video, call center, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies, particularly for healthcare campaigns.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and performance marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience in lead-generation campaigns is mandatory.
- Experience in Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, or other lead-generation industries is preferred.
