- 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing roles.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing data and performance metrics analysis.

- Proficiency in using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms.

- Experience in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms.

- Understanding of key marketing metrics such as CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
