About the Role

Egnoto is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid marketing campaigns across international markets, with a strong focus on the US, UK and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and other paid channels.
- Plan and optimize campaigns, budgets, audiences, targeting and funnels.
- Monitor and improve CPL, CPQL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and revenue.
- Manage lead-generation campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Work closely with the sales team to connect marketing performance with actual conversions and revenue.
- Manage GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion tracking and attribution.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, landing pages and offers.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.




- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Conduct competitor, market and customer research.
- Leverage ChatGPT and AI tools for marketing research, analysis and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of Performance/Digital Marketing experience.
- Mandatory experience with US, UK and Canada clients/campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and emerging AI advertising platforms.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and attribution.
- Experience in lead generation, B2B and/or e-commerce marketing.
- Experience handling international campaigns and significant budgets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to connect marketing metrics with qualified leads, sales and revenue.
