Denzour Nutrition Private Limited is a growing health and nutrition company committed to delivering high-quality nutritional and health supplement products to consumers across India. As we scale our digital and e-commerce presence, we are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to own and drive our performance marketing and digital commerce engine.

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who can turn ad spend into measurable business results, manage multi-channel campaigns independently, and mentor junior team members.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers as much as creatives, and who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

· Own performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate, and continuously optimize campaigns to hit targets.

· Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI across channels.

· Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.





· Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

· Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, audiences, and creatives to improve campaign efficiency.

· Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

· Coordinate with sales/business teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

· Mentor and guide junior marketing executives on best practices.

Requirements

· 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.

· Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid advertising platforms.

· Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

· Solid grasp of funnel marketing, retargeting strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

· Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable strategies.

· Excellent communication and reporting skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
