Vibescapes Hospitality House is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our in-house team and take ownership of paid digital growth across our portfolio of boutique resorts, villas, dining and hospitality experiences.

This is a hands-on execution role, not an agency-management role.

You will work directly with our Revenue and Content teams to turn Meta and Google advertising into measurable qualified enquiries, bookings and revenue.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Paid Performance

- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads end-to-end
- Campaign setup, optimisation, testing and scaling
- Lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Google Search and high-intent campaigns
- Retargeting and remarketing
- Audience creation and segmentation
- Budget pacing and allocation
- Creative testing and performance analysis

Tracking & Analytics
- GA4
- Meta Pixel / Conversions API
- Google conversion tracking
- UTM structure and attribution
- Weekly performance reporting
- Track the full funnel: Spend → Lead → Qualified Lead → Booking → Revenue

Growth

- Identify campaigns, properties and audiences that are actually generating revenue
- Recommend what to stop, scale and test
- Work closely with Content & Social to develop better-performing creatives
- Work with Revenue/Reservations to understand lead quality and conversion
- Continuously improve CAC, conversion rate and ROAS

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads




- Proven experience managing real advertising budgets
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion funnels
- Experience with lead generation and/or high-consideration purchases
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google conversion tracking and UTMs
- Comfortable interpreting data and making independent optimisation decisions
- Ability to work closely with creative/content teams
- Hospitality, travel, D2C, e-commerce, real estate or other high-consideration sectors are a plus
- Must be hands-on and execution-focused
- Agency experience is fine, but you must have personally managed campaigns — not simply coordinated with an execution team
