About the Role Position: Meta Ads Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Meta Ads Executive who has excellent knowledge of Meta advertising and hands-on experience managing high ad spends. The ideal candidate should be confident in campaign strategy, creative planning, team management, and task allocation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Have strong hands-on experience managing significant Meta Ad spends while maintaining campaign performance and ROI.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, conversions, and business growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Have a strong understanding of ad creatives, creative formats, hooks, copies, and visual concepts that drive performance.




- Coordinate with the creative team and provide clear creative briefs and requirements.
- Assign and monitor tasks among team members to ensure timely execution.
- Manage and guide the team working on Meta Ads and related performance marketing activities.
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, copies, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with management.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads/Performance Marketing.
- Excellent understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Proven experience managing high Meta Ad spends.
- Strong knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, optimization, and scaling.
- Positive understanding of creative strategy and performance-driven creatives.
- Prior experience in team handling and task management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
