We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can plan and manage digital marketing campaigns and help the company achieve measurable results.

- Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and overall ROI.
- Create and test different ad campaigns, audiences and creatives.
- Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Work with the content and design teams to create effective marketing materials.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the management team.
- Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.
- Suggest new ideas to increase leads, sales and brand visibility.

What we’re looking for




- Experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand campaign data and make decisions based on results.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- A creative approach to testing recent marketing ideas.

Qualification A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience and practical knowledge will also be considered.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
