Nama Media is looking for a sharp, performance-obsessed Paid Media Specialist to help manage and grow our client accounts across Meta and Google Ads. If you're equal parts strategist and executor, and love digging into data, we’d love to chat.

What You'll Do

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on social & search channels (primarily Meta Ads and Google Ads)
- Build full-funnel strategies across prospecting and remarketing
- Monitor and analyze key KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CAC
- Run A/B tests across creatives, targeting, and copy
- Track performance daily, troubleshoot dips, and uncover opportunities
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with explicit takeaways
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and reporting teams to iterate fast
- Bonus: Support organic social strategy, trend spotting, and light content planning

What We're Looking For





- 2+ years of experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads (bonus if you have experience with other ad platforms)
- Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and attribution models
- Confident with Excel/Sheets and performance dashboards
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and budgets (agency experience preferred)
- Analytical thinker with the ability to turn numbers into actions
- Bonus: Familiarity with organic social strategy or content creation
