We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer — One Percent Media

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Compensation: ₹22,000–₹40,000/month in-hand, based on experience and skill level

Working Days: Monday–Friday + 2 working Saturdays/month

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who has previously worked with a D2C brand or performance marketing agency and has strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads + Google Ads.

What we’re looking for• Minimum 2 years of performance marketing experience

- Solid execution across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Ability to independently manage 3–5 D2C brands
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Good understanding of creatives, funnels, CRO, attribution and scaling
- Someone who is proactive, takes ownership and has a genuine passion for growing D2C brands

What you’ll work onYou’ll independently manage 3–5 D2C brands with ₹30L+ combined monthly ad spend,



including individual brands spending ₹15L+ per month.

Your role will include

- Media buying, testing and scaling
- Creative performance analysis and strategy
- Developing creative briefs, hooks and testing angles
- Funnel and CRO analysis
- Attribution and customer behaviour analysis
- Reporting, dashboards and business metrics
- Working with paid AI and advanced analysis tools
- Working closely with the founder on strategy, account audits, scaling decisions and client discussions

Growth at One Percent MediaThe growth path is:

Performance Marketer → D2C Growth Manager

As a D2C Growth Manager, you can eventually lead 8–10 D2C brands with a team of 4–5 Performance Marketers working under you.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow into leading D2C growth, not just managing campaigns.
