What You'll Do

? Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta & Google Ads

? Take full ownership of campaign performance and ROAS

? Manage budgets and scale spends efficiently

? Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to stakeholders

? Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with revenue goals

? Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends

What We're Looking For





✅ Must have managed Meta & Google Ads with a total spend above ₹50 Lakhs, with proven ROAS achieved

✅ Strong hands-on experience with campaign structuring, targeting, and bid optimization

✅ Proven track record of scaling ad accounts profitably

✅ Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, on-site workplace
