Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive inquiries and bookings for Kudil Catering. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tenkasi, working closely with management to define performance goals and monitor campaign effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid advertising on platforms such as Google and social media, tracking key metrics and conversion rates, and refining targeting and creatives to improve ROI.

The role also involves collaborating with the sales and operations teams to align campaigns with seasonal demand,



analyzing customer data and trends, preparing performance reports, and suggesting current channels or strategies to expand reach across Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search and paid social advertising, with experience in campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
- Ability to work with analytics tools and dashboards to track conversions, measure ROI, and generate clear performance reports.
- Experience in basic digital marketing activities, such as ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced catering and events environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.
- Prior experience in F&B;, hospitality, or local services marketing in India is an advantage, especially in regional or tier-2/3 markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours around peak wedding and event seasons when required.
