We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. You should be comfortable working with data, experimenting with new ideas, and using AI tools to improve the speed and quality of campaign execution. Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Role & responsibilities

- Optimize campaign budgets, audiences, creatives, keywords, and landing pages.
- Track metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and market research.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Use AI tools for research, campaign ideation, copy variations, creative concepts, data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Set up and verify campaign tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
- Build performance reports and translate campaign data into actionable insights.
- Explore recent marketing platforms, AI tools, and growth opportunities.

REQUIRED SKILLS :





- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing.
- Practical experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Ability to use AI effectively for research, content creation, analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to experiment and learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, app-install campaigns, or programmatic advertising.
- Experience building AI-assisted marketing workflows or automations.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or attribution tools.
- Basic understanding of landing-page optimization and creative strategy.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment. .
