We are looking for a results-driven Performance Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns, improving ROAS, reducing CPL/CPA, and increasing conversion rates through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns for Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, and Retargeting.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and funnel planning.
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, headlines, and landing page strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, and funnels.
- Manage conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficient ad spend.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPL, LTV, and CAC.
- Experience with lead generation, eCommerce, and service-based campaigns.




- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of ad copywriting, landing pages, CRO, and funnel strategy.

Mandatory: Case Studies Required Candidates must provide 2–3 real campaign case studies demonstrating:

- Campaign budget/spend
- Leads or sales generated
- CPL or CPA achieved
- ROAS improvement
- Before vs. after optimisation results

Candidates without verifiable campaign results or case studies will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with international clients or multiple industries.
- Experience scaling ad budgets above ₹1,00,000/month.
- Knowledge of CRO.
- Familiarity with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Looker Studio.
- Agency experience is a strong advantage.
