Open Positions1. Advisor – PCGExperience: Minimum 3 Years

CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹25 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HNI & UHNI clients
- Trading and order punching
- Client acquisition and servicing
- Cross-selling financial products
- Handle cash, equity, options and derivatives

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in trading and order punching
- HNI/UHNI client handling experience
- Strong communication and business development skills

- Advisor – PCG | Team LeaderExperience: Minimum 5 Years

CTC: ₹15 LPA – ₹35 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 4–5 members
- Drive individual and team business targets
- Manage HNI/UHNI clients
- Trading, order punching and business development

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to bring and lead a team of 4–5 members
- Strong HNI/UHNI client exposure
- Knowledge of derivatives, options, cash and equity trading

- PCG Wealth ManagerExperience: Minimum 5 Years

CTC: ₹10 LPA – ₹30 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HNI/UHNI client portfolios
- Provide wealth management solutions




- Grow and manage Assets Under Management (AUM)

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum transferable book size of ₹30 Crore
- Relevant experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management / Relationship Management

Preferred Profiles:

- Private RM
- Burgundy RM
- Wealth Manager
- Imperia RM
- Preferred RM

- Group Leader – PCG WealthExperience: Minimum 8 Years

CTC: ₹15 LPA – ₹30 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a wealth management team
- Drive AUM and revenue growth
- Lead and develop a team of 4–5 members
- Drive business expansion and client relationships

Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to bring and lead a team of 4–5 members
- Transferable book size of ₹50–80 Crore
- Solid HNI/UHNI client relationships
- Banking / Wealth Management background preferred
