Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, Data Teams, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and solution evaluations.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Define business processes and recommend process improvements utilizing contemporary digital technologies, including AI where appropriate.
- Support product development lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
- Participate in UAT, validation, and user adoption activities.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Prepare business cases, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and solution documentation.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance requirements analysis, documentation, reporting, and business insights.

Required Skills Experience Business Analysis
- 7-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in preparing:
- BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)
- FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- Process Flows
- Gap Analysis

Technology Digital Solutions




- Understanding of digital transformation programs and emerging technologies.
- Experience working on enterprise application development or transformation projects.
- Ability to evaluate and recommend technology solutions based on business needs.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled business applications and productivity tools.

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of APIs, Microservices, and System Integrations.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Product Development methodologies.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or similar tools.

Data Analytics
- Understanding of data models, data mapping, and business intelligence concepts.
- Experience interpreting data and generating actionable business insights.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven analytics and reporting capabilities is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Process Automation, or Enterprise Technology Programs.
- Exposure to AI-powered business applications and productivity platforms.
- Certifications such as:
- CBAP / CCBA
- PMI-PBA
- Agile BA
- Scrum Certification

- Experience in enterprise-scale application development projects.
