We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team in Delhi NCR.

This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional who can take end-to-end ownership of India payroll while also supporting global payroll operations and an upcoming HRIS/payroll transition.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Own end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Manage India statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, TDS & Professional Tax
- Coordinate payroll operations across India and support international payroll activities
- Manage payroll vendors and payroll systems
- Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, audits and month-end activities
- Partner with HR and Finance on employee lifecycle and payroll changes
- Support HRIS/payroll migration, vendor evaluation and implementation
- Identify opportunities for payroll process improvement and automation

What we’re looking for:
- 4–7 years of payroll experience




- Robust hands-on experience in India payroll and statutory compliance
- Working knowledge of US and/or Philippines payroll is preferred
- Experience with payroll vendors and HRIS/payroll systems
- Prior exposure to US-based companies, US clients or multinational environments
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset
- Experience with PeopleStrong, GreytHR, Keka, Darwinbox or similar platforms is an advantage
