About the Role

RECNAILE is looking for an experienced and skilled PCB Soldering & Assembly Technician to join our growing Electronics team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual PCB soldering and assembly of electronic components.
- Handle THT and SMT components and perform through-hole soldering.
- Solder connectors, wires, ICs, resistors, capacitors and other PCB components.
- Perform PCB rework, desoldering and component replacement.
- Identify and rectify solder bridges, dry joints, open joints and other soldering defects.
- Read and understand PCB layouts, circuit diagrams and BOMs.
- Perform visual inspection of assembled PCBs.
- Follow ESD, soldering, quality and safety procedures.
- Support PCB assembly, testing and final inspection.
- Maintain proper records and follow work instructions.





Requirements

- 2–5 years of hands-on PCB soldering experience preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of THT/manual soldering.
- Experience with SMT component soldering and rework is an advantage.
- Ability to work with soldering iron, hot-air rework station and related tools.
- Basic understanding of PCB components, polarity and circuit boards.
- Ability to identify soldering and assembly defects.
- Valuable attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Preferred

- Experience with PCB inspection and testing.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 workmanship standards is an advantage.
- Experience handling fine-pitch components, connectors, QFN/BGA rework is a plus.
