We are looking for an experienced Payment Posting Manager with strong expertise in US Healthcare Provider RCM, particularly in Payment Posting, Denial Posting, Insurance Rejections, Reconciliation and related revenue cycle processes.

The ideal candidate should have proven leadership experience in managing 50+ associates through Team Leads/Managers, with strong ownership of productivity, quality, SLA, client deliverables and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 50+ associates through 23 Team Leads/Managers.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment posting and related RCM activities.
- Manage Payment Posting, Denial Posting, Insurance Rejections and Claims-related processes.
- Monitor and maintain team productivity, quality, accuracy, TAT and SLA adherence.
- Review EOB (Explanation of Advantages) and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) and ensure accurate payment and adjustment posting.
- Match ERA/EOB transactions with EFTs and ensure payments are posted to the appropriate patient/account.
- Manage Correspondence Posting, Insurance Portals, Merchant Portals, Bank Reconciliation, Refund Processing, Credit Balance and Unapplied Cash activities.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution of payment discrepancies, rejections and posting exceptions.
- Oversee statement and collection-related processes, wherever applicable.
- Prepare and review Daily, Weekly and Monthly operational reports and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
- Own End-of-Month (EOM) activities, reporting and deliverables.




- Coordinate effectively with US-based clients and internal stakeholders and handle operational escalations.
- Drive process improvements to improve accuracy, productivity, turnaround time and overall process efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback, coaching and guidance to Team Leads/Managers and associates.
- Support manpower planning, capacity management, performance management and attrition control.
- Handle work pressure effectively, particularly during month-end and high-volume periods, while ensuring business deliverables are met.

Mandatory Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, preferably in the Provider-side RCM domain.
- Strong hands-on experience in Payment Posting.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial/leadership role.
- Proven experience managing 50+ associates through Team Leads/Managers.
- Strong knowledge of EOB, ERA, EFT, payment posting, denial posting, insurance rejections and reconciliation.
- Experience in managing productivity, quality, TAT, SLA and operational KPIs.
- Strong client coordination and escalation management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical & Reporting Skills
- Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Presentation.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are strongly preferred.
