Location: New Delhi (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiner

About Us

At the Kwatra Precision Cancer Institute & Research Centre (KPCIRC), we are dedicated to advancing precision oncology, clinical genomics, and computational biology. By integrating cutting-edge AI in healthcare, state-of-the-art diagnostics, and personalized clinical care, we bridge the gap between advanced scientific research and patient outcomes.

The Role

Cancer care today—especially precision oncology—can be highly complex. We are seeking a highly empathetic, organized, and clinically knowledgeable Patient Navigator to serve as a critical bridge between our patients, their families, and our multidisciplinary clinical teams.

You will guide patients through this landscape, from initial genomic profiling to targeted treatments and survivorship. By educating patients, coordinating care, managing leads, and eliminating barriers to access, you will empower families during their most critical moments.

What You Will Do

- Patient Advocacy & Support: Act as the primary, trusted point of contact. Translate complex medical, genomic, and computational terminology into clear, accessible language.
- Care Coordination: Seamlessly guide patients through the KPCIRC ecosystem. Schedule appointments for genomic testing, advanced imaging, and multidisciplinary tumor board consultations.
- Psychosocial Counseling: Provide empathetic,

short-term counseling to help patients and families process the shock of a diagnosis and the complexities of their treatment plan. Proactively refer patients to additional support services when needed.
- Barrier Resolution: Identify and mitigate logistical, financial, or administrative roadblocks. Connect patients with financial aid, NGOs, and community resources.
- Administrative & Conversion Focus: Follow up on leads generated by telecallers with a focus on the conversion of new patients. Assist in securing insurance pre-authorizations and coordinating with TPAs.
- Data Management: Track patient progress along the care continuum and maintain accurate, compliant records in our CRM and EHR systems.
- Clinical Trials Guidance: Educate eligible patients about ongoing KPCIRC oncology clinical trials and guide them through the enrollment and informed consent process.

What We Are Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, Life Sciences, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in healthcare navigation, patient care coordination, medical social work, or genetic counseling support. (Prior experience in oncology, biotech,

or precision medicine is highly preferred).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology, cancer treatments, and the Indian healthcare/insurance ecosystem. Familiarity with genomics or personalized medicine is a major plus.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a deeply empathetic, patient-first mindset. Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-Savvy (Preferred): Proficiency in health informatics, EHR systems, and CRM/pipeline tracking software.

Why Join KPCIRC?

- High-Impact Sector: Make a tangible, daily difference in the lives of patients navigating the complexities of cancer treatment.
- Innovation & Learning: Work at the absolute forefront of Healthcare AI, precision medicine, and clinical genomics.
- Ecosystem Growth: Benefit from continuous learning with access to insights from our educational arm, the InSilico Academy of Genomic Sciences (ISAGS).
- Rewards: Comprehensive healthcare benefits, paid time off, and a highly supportive, mission-driven work culture.
