Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Patient Calling Associates to join our growing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound and inbound calls with patients.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow HIPAA requirements and company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with patients.

Eligibility / Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.




- Experience in patient calling / healthcare calling is preferred.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Solid customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
