Shivam Enterprises is an Indian manufacturer and supplier of electrical and modular products under the ZECTO brand.

Our product range includes fan regulators, dimmers, modular switches, sockets, modular plates, gang boxes, MCBs, plugs, bulb holders, doorbells, power strips and other electrical accessories.

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Accountant who already has experience working in the electrical products/electrical accessories industry and has strong practical knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software.

Important – Industry Experience Required

We are not looking for a candidate who will need to be trained on electrical products and industry terminology.

The ideal candidate should have previously worked with an electrical manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, trader or electrical accessories company and should already understand products such as:

- Modular switches
- 6A / 16A switches and sockets
- Fan regulators and dimmers
- Modular plates
- Modular boxes / gang boxes
- MCBs
- Plugs and top plugs
- Bulb holders
- Doorbells
- Power strips
- Other electrical accessories

Previous experience with electrical accessories, switchgear, modular products or electrical distribution will be highly preferred.

Key Accounting Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts in BUSY Accounting Software




- Sales and purchase accounting
- Customer and supplier ledger maintenance
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Customer outstanding and payment follow-up
- Prepare outstanding and ageing reports
- Purchase and sales invoice accounting
- Stock and inventory accounting
- Bank reconciliation
- GST-related accounting and records
- TDS and routine accounting requirements
- Debit and credit notes
- Customer and supplier reconciliation
- Maintain proper accounting documentation
- Coordinate with the company’s CA for GST, TDS and other compliance matters
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports
- Assist management with receivables, payables, stock and cash-flow information

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory

- 3–7 years of accounting experience
- Practical experience with BUSY Accounting Software
- Previous experience in the electrical products/electrical accessories industry
- Good knowledge of GST
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with inventory and stock accounting
- Experience handling customer and supplier ledgers
- Experience with receivables and outstanding payments

Preferred Background Candidates who have previously worked with:

Electrical manufacturers | Electrical distributors | Electrical wholesalers | Electrical accessory companies | Switch/socket companies | Fan/regulator companies | Electrical hardware businesses | Electrical trading companies will be preferred.

The candidate should already understand the products, terminology,



SKU-based inventory and commercial workings of an electrical accessories business.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can independently handle the accounting function during their working hours and does not require extensive training.

This is not a basic data-entry position.

Candidates who have only worked on Tally and have no practical BUSY experience will not be preferred.

Working Hours

4–5 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.

Working hours can be discussed depending on the candidate’s availability and business requirements.

Salary

₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

We are willing to pay towards the higher end of the range for a candidate with strong BUSY knowledge and substantial previous experience in the electrical accessories industry.
