About the Role

Orchids The International School is looking for a confident, energetic and customer-focused Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) to manage parent enquiries, admission leads and relationships throughout the admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

Handle parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, events and referrals.

Manage leads, conduct regular follow-ups and drive admission conversions.

Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions.

Guide parents through the admission and documentation process.

Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.

Address parent queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Support branch admission and business development targets.

Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.

Coordinate with Academic, Marketing and Operations teams.

Requirements

MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / Any Bachelor's Degree.

Freshers are welcome to apply.





Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Confident in interacting with parents and stakeholders.

Good follow-up, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Compensation

MBA: ₹4.20 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1.00 LPA Incentive | Total CTC up to ₹5.20 LPA

B.E./B.Tech: ₹4.00 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1.00 LPA Incentive | Total CTC up to ₹5.00 LPA

Other Bachelor's Degree: ₹3.00 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1.00 LPA Incentive | Total CTC up to ₹4.00 LPA
