About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive and entrepreneurial-minded person to work directly with the business owner.

This is not a traditional data-entry or fixed-task job. The role involves multitasking, research, business development, digital work, and coming up with current ideas.

You should be someone who can take a task, figure things out independently, research solutions and suggest better ideas.

Responsibilities

- Research new business ideas and opportunities.
- Find potential customers and generate leads.
- Contact businesses through phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Research Calgary/Canada job opportunities and companies.
- Assist with LinkedIn and professional online activities.
- Research potential Canada–India business opportunities.
- Help manage spreadsheets, documents and business information.
- Assist with basic Canva, website and social media tasks.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for research and productivity.
- Support day-to-day activities at the Hyderabad office.
- Suggest new ideas to improve the business and generate revenue.




- Handle different tasks as priorities change.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is:
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Curious and willing to learn
- Good at internet research
- Comfortable with computers
- Valuable communication skills in English
- Telugu/Hindi is an advantage
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Canva or AI tools is a plus
- Interested in business, technology and entrepreneurship
- Able to work independently without constant supervision

Degree is less important than your attitude, ability to learn and willingness to take initiative.

Schedule

Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week with flexible working arrangements.

Some work can be done remotely, with occasional work from the Hyderabad office when required.
