Role brief:

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid user acquisition and growth marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic & Affiliate marketing. You'll own app installs, account openings,



lead generation, and customer activation while optimizing CAC, ROAS, CPI, and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and scale campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) as primary acquisition channels
- Manage agency relationships and media budgets
- Drive performance marketing analytics using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Mixpanel
- Run A/B testing on creatives, landing pages & audiences
- Build remarketing and customer lifecycle/CRM campaigns
- Collaborate with product, growth, and tech teams on funnel optimization

Requirements:

- 3–5 years in Paid Media / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
- Experience in Fintech, Stock Broking, BFSI, or Startups
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Attribution Tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust)
- Robust data-driven and analytical mindset
- Google Ads / Meta Certification preferred
