About the Role:

OneDot Media Pvt Ltd is looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team in Chennai.

If you’re someone who enjoys turning ad budgets into measurable business results, optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and continuously finding ways to improve ROI, this role could be a great fit for you.

You’ll work across different industries and campaigns, giving you the chance to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, campaign strategy, analytics, and optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing :

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaign approaches.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Work closely with the creative and digital marketing teams to develop performance-focused campaigns.
- Identify campaign challenges and proactively recommend solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices across paid advertising platforms.
- What We’re Looking For




- 2–4 years of experience in Paid Marketing / Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, bidding, budgets, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with lead generation, traffic, conversion, or performance-driven campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, or other analytics/tracking tools will be an advantage.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and improve.
