- Equipment operation and maintenance:

- Set up, operate, and monitor specialized pharmaceutical machinery for processes like blending, granulation, compressing, and coating.

- Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and the surrounding work area.

- Production and material handling:

- Weigh and measure raw materials according to batch formulas.

- Transfer materials between different production stages.

- Place finished products into the correct locations for packaging and storage.

- Quality control and compliance:

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

- Verify labels for correct part and lot numbers.

- Complete and maintain detailed production and cleaning documentation.





- Report and/or correct unsafe working conditions.

- Housekeeping and general duties:

- Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly fashion.

- Assist with various other tasks as requested by supervisors to meet production goals.

- Documentation:

- Complete and maintain all required documentation, such as batch records and cleaning forms.
