Role Description The Packaging Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Hubli. This role is responsible for planning and executing packaging activities, including preparing, packing, and labeling products in line with company and customer specifications.

The Packaging

Specialist collaborates with engineering, production, and quality teams to support packaging design implementation, optimize materials and methods, and maintain documentation. Daily tasks include performing quality checks on packaging, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, monitoring packaging inventory, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.



The role also involves analyzing packaging performance data, providing feedback on design and process enhancements, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in packing and practical packaging execution for industrial and consumer products.
- Candidates should possess skills in packaging design and packaging engineering to develop and implement efficient, cost-effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality control to inspect packaging, verify compliance with specifications, and support corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess skills in research to evaluate new packaging materials, technologies, and process improvements.
- Diploma or degree in packaging technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments, ideally in aerospace, toys, or consumer goods, is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of safety standards, material handling practices, and basic inventory management.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
