As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and its modules.
- Experience in configuring workflows, business rules, and client scripts within ServiceNow.
- Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code development environments to customize applications efficiently.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control within ServiceNow.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
