As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance.

Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and implement effective changes is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles to support ongoing maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Experience in designing and implementing application workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques to connect packaged applications with other systems.
- Ability to utilize low-code development tools to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control in a software as a service environment.
- Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions for application issues.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
