Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operations. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving system compatibility and optimal performance.

Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support within packaged or cloud-based environments.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability during updates.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and maintaining compatibility across multiple systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
