Job Purpose/ Summary The P2P CoE Head will spearhead the Procure-to-Pay operations for the Welspun Group from its Global Capability Centre.



This role demands a seasoned leader with extensive experience in building and scaling high-volume P2P operations within a captive GCC environment. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing a scalable, controlled, and digitally-enabled P2P Centre of Excellence that services multiple legal entities across various geographies.

The role requires ensuring compliance with statutory and MSME payment regulations while safeguarding the Group's working capital and vendor relationships. The P2P CoE Head will hold single-point accountability for P2P service delivery, aiming to transition the function from traditional transaction processing to a touchless, analytics-driven operating model over a three-year horizon. The role involves strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering against committed SLAs at benchmark cost-to-serve.

Lead P2P COE operations including Invoice Processing Vendor Reconciliation and Payments ensuring seamless and effective processesbrDefine and monitor SLAs KPIs and controls to maintain high standards of service delivery and operational excellencebrEnsure statutory and audit compliance related to Accounts Payable safeguarding the organizations financial integritybrDrive process standardization and automation through the implementation of RPA and ERPSAP systems enhancing efficiency and accuracybrOversee payment accuracy and timeliness ensuring that all financial transactions are executed flawlesslybrLead internal and external audits for Accounts Payable ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory requirementsbrManage stakeholder relationships with Procurement Finance Audit and Vendors fostering collaboration and mutual successbrProvide people leadership and capability building nurturing a highperforming team committed to excellence
