Requirements
Mandatory Skills:
â Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Aurea CRM â Strong experience in Production Support & Incident Resolution â Ability to collaborate with global delivery teams and business users â Good knowledge of SQL â Experience in troubleshooting, analysis, and issue resolution in CRM environments
