VIAVIFA is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Outbound Telesales Executive to join our team in Koramangala 4th Block, Bengaluru. The role involves handling outbound calls, following up with leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining relevant VIAVIFA services, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence on calls, a positive attitude, and the ability to work towards daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads.
- Follow up with existing leads through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements related to Study Abroad, Immigration, Visa and Overseas Career services.
- Explain relevant services, processes and next steps clearly to prospective customers.
- Build rapport with customers and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Schedule consultations and appointments with counsellors or relevant team members.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call records and follow-up status in the company's CRM or lead management system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects to improve conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer questions professionally and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Maintain a professional approach and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales,



customer acquisition or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales ability are also welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam will be an advantage.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools.
- Candidates with experience in Study Abroad, Immigration, Visa, Banking, Insurance, EdTech or other consultative sales will be preferred.
