Role Description The Outbound Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role focuses on identifying and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social channels to present Taggbox’s UGC solutions. The specialist will qualify leads, schedule product demos, and follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, maintaining accurate CRM records, collaborating with marketing on campaigns, and providing timely responses to prospect inquiries.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and messaging.

Qualifications

- Strong outbound sales and sales closing skills, with experience handling a structured sales cycle.

- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and prospecting, including researching and identifying potential clients.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product value clearly and confidently.

- Customer service mindset, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing helpful, timely support.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing or SaaS products is beneficial, especially in B2B environments.

- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms to manage daily work.

- Goal-oriented approach with solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
