Job Summary: The Order Management Executive is responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing the complete order lifecycle from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, review, and process customer orders in ERP systems.
- Validate order Details, Pricing, Margin & Appropriate Approvals.




- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve Order Booking related issues to ensure smooth processing.
- Share Order Acknowledgement copy to Customer timely against Respective Orders.
- Maintain accurate order Booking Records/Margins and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
- Generate and analyse order management reports and performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, deliveries, and product availability.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
