Oracle Planning Functional Analyst

Work Mode: Remote

Shift:

- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST during U.S. Daylight Saving Time (March–early November)
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight IST during non-Daylight Saving Time (November–February)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Planning Functional Analyst with 6+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning solutions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Planning (SCP).

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning solutions.
- Work on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and SCP modules.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Planning solutions.
- Configure planning modules based on business processes and requirements.
- Perform functional testing, validation, and issue resolution.
- Integrate Oracle Planning modules with other Oracle Fusion applications.
- Work closely with business users,



technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Support implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for planning-related issues.

Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning implementations.
- Solid experience in Supply Planning.
- Strong experience in Demand Planning.
- Hands-on experience with Supply Chain Planning (SCP).
- Strong understanding of Oracle SCM business processes.
- Experience in configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Experience integrating Oracle Planning with other Oracle Fusion applications.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SQL/PLSQL.
- Knowledge of Oracle SCM processes and integrations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
