Role: Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Consultant / Senior Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Experience Consultant

3 to 5 Years relevant Oracle HCM Cloud Technical experience

Experience – Senior Consultant

6 to 10 Years relevant Oracle HCM Cloud Technical experience

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (2 hours total break)

Primary Skills: HCM Extracts, BI Reports, OTBI, HDL, FBL, Fast Formulas

Positive to Have: PBL, OIC

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot HCM Extracts.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to interfaces and integrations.
- Develop and support BI Reports and OTBI Reports.
- Develop or extend reports using Report Composer in the OTBI environment.
- Troubleshoot HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBL (File-Based Loader), and PBL (Payroll-Based Loader) issues.
- Debug, modify, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas based on business requirements.
- Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors for product and integration-related issues.
- Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with stakeholders and project teams.




- Follow established ticket management processes and SLAs for client interactions.
- Participate in the complete delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Senior Consultant Responsibilities In addition to the above, the Senior Consultant will:

- Lead the Oracle HCM technical team and provide technical guidance.
- Work directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrate SME-level expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.
- Lead technical discussions, issue resolution, and solution design.
- Support clients across all stages of the delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor associates and foster a learning and development environment.
