Role Description The Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant will work on-site at the Ahmedabad office and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to implement, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solution configurations, performing system setups, and supporting integrations with related Oracle systems and third-party tools. The consultant will participate in testing activities, prepare functional documentation, support user training, and provide post-go-live stabilization and ongoing enhancements.

This role involves troubleshooting functional issues, advising on best practices,



and ensuring that financial processes align with organizational objectives and Oracle standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution design, and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Candidates should possess skills in testing, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and supporting upgrades or patches within Oracle Fusion environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in data migration, reporting, and analytics using Oracle tools and related BI or integration platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to explain functional concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate with technical teams.
- Candidates should possess strong documentation abilities, including creation of configuration documents, user guides, and training materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or support.
- Skilled certifications in Oracle Fusion or related Oracle technologies, and familiarity with ERP best practices and financial process controls, will be beneficial.
