: Oracle Cloud ERP Analyst (Finance, SCM & PPM)

Role Overview:

The Oracle Cloud ERP Analyst is responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications across Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Project Portfolio Management. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring ERP systems drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Core Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain Oracle Cloud ERP, including system configuration, security, and quarterly updates.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications; recommend process improvements.
- Provide application support, resolve incidents, and coordinate with Oracle Support.
- Develop and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT) for ERP updates and enhancements.
- Support integrations with related systems (HCM, EPM, third-party vendors).
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business and executive needs.
- Participate in change management, release planning, and user training.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years supporting Oracle ERP; 3+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Experience in Finance, SCM, or PPM modules; Agile environments; SaaS applications; ERP implementations/upgrades.
- Preferred certifications: Oracle Cloud Financials

Technical Skills:

- Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials,



Procurement, SCM, PPM), Security Console, Workflow, BPM.
- Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Oracle Analytics Cloud).
- Integration (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL).
- Database (SQL, Oracle fundamentals), productivity tools (Excel, Power BI, Visio, Azure DevOps, Teams, SharePoint).

Soft Skills & Competencies:

- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, customer focus, communication, documentation, independent work, collaboration, stakeholder management, continuous improvement.

Performance Indicators:

- System uptime, incident resolution, successful updates, user satisfaction, process automation, enhancement delivery, UAT success, data accuracy, audit compliance.

Preferred Industry Experience:

- Public transportation, government, utilities, higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, large enterprises.

Desired Knowledge:

- GAAP, public sector procurement, project/budget/accounting, asset/inventory management, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, SOX, SaaS administration, digital transformation.

Work Workplace:

- Hybrid/remote, occasional after-hours support, cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal Candidate:

- Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Agile delivery and enterprise SaaS, and ability to drive continuous improvement.
