Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementations.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into ARCS solutions.

- Configure Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, and related ARCS modules.

- Develop and configure reconciliation formats, rules, profiles, workflows, and dashboards.

- Handle data integration between ARCS and source/ERP systems.

- Support data migration, validation, testing, and reconciliation processes.

- Prepare functional specifications and implementation documentation.

- Conduct SIT/UAT and resolve functional issues.

- Work closely with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders.

- Provide post-go-live support and optimize ARCS solutions.

- Must-Have Skills





- Solid hands-on experience in Oracle ARCS.

- Minimum 2 complete end-to-end ARCS implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of Account Reconciliation and Transaction Matching.

- Experience with ARCS configuration, workflows, rules, and integrations.

- Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud is preferred.

- Good understanding of financial close and reconciliation processes.

- Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
