Role & responsibilities

Start, operate, and stop A.C. systems, air handling units (AHUs), and dehumidifiers safely and as per set parameters.

Maintain required temperature and humidity levels in the impregnation and press sections to ensure process stability.

Monitor pressure gauges, temperature displays, and control panels for consistent performance

Coordinate with production sections to regulate conditions as per product type (standard, post-forming, compact).

Check and record readings of air compressors, chillers, and duct temperature at defined intervals

Identify and report any deviation or abnormal sound, vibration, or pressure fluctuation in the system

Clean filters, ducts, and coils periodically to ensure efficient air circulation.

Ensure smooth operation of air conditioning during critical lamination and resin curing periods.





Perform pre-shift inspection of compressors, chillers, and blower unit

Coordinate with maintenance team during preventive or corrective maintenance.

Maintain data logs for temperature, humidity, and pressure trends for process traceability.

Ensure uninterrupted power supply and control system operation during production.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.

Understanding of process workplace control for resin impregnation and lamination operations.
