About the Role The Operations Specialist – Retail Assets Operations will be part of the Central Disbursal and Payment Unit, supporting the Credit Operations team in booking retail loans and managing related post-disbursal activities. This includes handling inventory funding, pre-disbursal cancellations, master maintenance of location data, onboarding of DSAs/Dealers, and managing their payouts. The role requires a strong understanding of loan documentation, process efficiency, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Manage loan disbursal (booking), payouts, onboarding, and post-disbursal activities for all retail products.

- Ensure thorough understanding and handling of loan documentation across various products.

- Drive quality and SLA adherence within the unit.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders using strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Focus on automation and digitization to improve process efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT).

- Promote a culture of compliance and uphold the bank’s code of conduct.





- Take initiative to recommend and implement best practices for process improvement.

Secondary Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain various MIS reports.

- Coordinate daily with branches and CPAs for issue resolution.

- Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for automation-related processes.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for recent system requirements or modifications.

What We Are Looking For

Education

- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in loan operations, disbursal, or credit operations.

Skills and Attributes

- Strong knowledge of retail loan disbursal and post-disbursal processes.

- Familiarity with loan documentation and system workflows.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
