Job Summary

INNOW8 is looking for an organized and responsible Operations & Inventory Management Executive to ensure smooth stock flow, accurate inventory records, timely procurement, and efficient day-to-day operational coordination. The ideal candidate should have solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily inventory levels and stock movement.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming, outgoing, and available stock.
- Ensure timely replenishment of materials to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and timely deliveries.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Track stock transfers between locations, departments, or projects.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory and operational activities.
- Monitor damaged, defective, expired, or slow-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with the finance, procurement, warehouse, and operations teams.




- Prepare regular inventory and stock movement reports for management.
- Support process improvements to reduce wastage, delays, and inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of materials.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures related to inventory and operations.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good numerical and analytical abilities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of procurement and vendor coordination will be an advantage.
